Where are you?
I am currently in Bangalore, working as senior computer scientist @ Adobe Systems.
How do you like to spend your free time?
Free is very subjective term. Nothing is free in this world.
I dedicate most of my free time to my 2-year-old daughter, who requires my full attention when we’re home together. In the little spare time I can manage, I’m currently learning Rust, which I find quite fascinating. I'm also working on refreshing my C++ skills, as it's my main area of expertise. Recently, I've begun to focus on personal growth (and health) by reading non-technical books, cutting down on screen time and have started regular exercise.
Reading list
I am currently reading The Staff Engineer's Path. I have just finished the first chapter. I also have following books in my reading list on my kindle
- Atomic Habits bv James Clear
- This is the 3rd time I am reading this book. I need to make notes on it.
- My morning routine
- Collection of morning routines of people more famous than me. ;)
I have completed The Cow in the Parking Lot few days ago and it is really a good book on handling anger. I don't have any anger issues but I definitely want to be more happy. :)
Recently I have started watching documentaries around startups, software frameworks and related technologies. I really liked one about ReactJS , the other one about the inception of NodeJs .
